Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Launchy, a social media scheduling application that lets you connect your own social accounts and schedule your content to publish automatically. By creating an account or using Launchy, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Launchy connects the social accounts you own — such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube — through each platform's official OAuth flow, and publishes or schedules the content you provide. Launchy acts only on your behalf and only for the actions you configure.

Your responsibilities

• You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and schedule, and for complying with the terms and policies of each connected platform.
• You must not use Launchy to publish content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates a platform’s community guidelines.

Third-party platforms

Launchy integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. Launchy is not responsible for changes a platform makes to its API, or for actions a platform takes on your account.

Account and access

You can disconnect any connected account or delete your Launchy account at any time. Disconnecting revokes Launchy's access to that account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Launchy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Launchy after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
